Since 1993 year legal services had been operated within activity of
consulting company “ELPA” Ltd.
Chancellery was established in 1998 year. We work in Polish, German,
Russian and English languages with components of German law.
Chancellery realized projects for consulting companies, among others:
lawyer’s audit for purchasing, selling companies;
informational memorandums;
due diligence;
legal opinion for managing of company;
legal opinion needed for purchasing property;
legal opinion from scope of law on public economic activities, civil law;
vindication and process substitutions.
Chancellery realized works for companies: EUROPOLGAZ, Warsaw Hotels,
PZU Życie, Ironworks Częstochowa, Voivodes, Mayors, Ministry of the
Treasury etc.
Since 1998 Chancellery has attended to current and law services of
economic subjects in scope of civil law, law on public economic
activities and give legal advices, prepare legal opinions and acts,
represent clients before courts and conduct vindications.
Chancellery conducts negotiations, clearing of debts companies
proceedings, proceedings in bankruptcy, composition agreement
proceedings and liquidation proceedings. Chancellary carries
registration of companies and introduces assets in kind of contribution
into a partnership.
